It
all starts with DATA - Whether we load your database from .txt,
.dbf, .csv, .dat or .xls files, manually enter data from customer
response cards and sign-up sheets, or acquire fresh, targeted mailing
lists for you, the starting point of any project is clean, deliverable
addresses.
T3
will process your data through USPS-authorized software for address
standardization and sorting. We can run your aging database through
National Change of Address processing to catch moves and save you
postage on returned or undeliverable mail. Your
data is then further refined on a number of different levels; by
deleting exact duplicate records or deleting records in order to
send only one piece per company/household. We can also screen for
persons that are deceased, and update phone and fax numbers and
area codes.
If
you are looking to add new customers to your existing database,
T3 can supply mailing lists, whether it is a broad-based list or
a targeted list designed to reach only those who fit into your marketing
demographics. Specific zip codes, cross streets, home values, families
with children, company size, industries, or consumers who subscribe
to specific magazines are just a few of the qualifications that
can be applied to your mailing list.
Now
to effectively use that DATA – T3 offers a broad variety of
services to put your data to work for you, including direct mail,
broadcast email and broadcast fax campaigns. Whether
you are mailing a postcard or personalized laser letter, T3 can
handle all of your needs. Projects are quoted on a project-by-project
basis, and T3 will always recommend the most cost-effective course
of action in getting your marketing materials into the right hands.
For
example, pre-sorting performed by T3 can save as much as $0.24 off
a regular 1st Class letter cost of $0.37.
The
final step is processing your mail piece - folding, collating, inserting,
labeling, tabbing, sealing, metering. T3 will see your project right
through to the drop-off at the post office. If direct mail is not
your preferred method of marketing your product or service, bulk
faxing and email are also available.
